Where can I find my digital pattern?

You can find digital patterns in your account. Log in here.

What payment options are available?

Klarna which has several options; card, invoice, installment payment, Swish Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Can I change my order?

Please contact us if you need to change your order. If you want to add something, you will have to place a completely new order.

I haven't received any order confirmation?

Your email address is probably incorrect and needs to be adjusted. Please contact us.

Can I buy digital patterns?

Yes, it is possible if the option is available on the pattern. After purchase, the digital pattern is available for download in your account with us.

What shipping options are available and how much does it cost?

We use DHL Service Point 59 SEK or DHL Home Delivery 99 SEK and delivery normally takes 1-3 working days. Orders over 499 SEK are shipped free of charge.

Can I return goods?

Can I download patterns for free?

If you create an account and subscribe to our newsletter, you can download some patterns for free and some are free when you buy the yarn for the pattern.

I didn't pick up my shipment. What happens now?

Shipments that are not picked up will be returned undelivered for a return fee, which will be settled in connection with your refund.

1. Become a member of Marks & Kattens customer club .

2. Subscribe to our newsletter by filling in that you want to subscribe under "My details".

3. Once you are logged in, place an order as usual.

4. You can find your digital patterns in your account under "My patterns".

• You must notify us that you want to return goods. The message should be sent to us at order@marks-kattens.se. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and which goods the return applies to. Don't forget to enter order@marks-kattens.se as the email address for notification so we know that there is a return.
• 30-day return policy for club members. Non-club members 10 days.
• Free returns for club members with the shipping method specified by us. Products must be sent well packaged. Max one return per order.
• From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product in the event of a used or damaged product.
