Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. NOTE: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.
If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: order@marks-kattens.se.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company. If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the delivery point or other carrier and file a claim. Do not collect a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of a nature that can be attributed to the handling of the shipping company, you must contact them and file a claim. If any dispute with the shipping company cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us, we will invoice you SEK 350 for our work with handling the goods.
Fixed shipping, packaging and handling cost: Sweden 59 SEK (19 SEK up to 2 prints of patterns), Denmark 69 DKK, Finland 99 SEK, Germany 99 SEK, Poland 109 SEK, Spain 129 SEK.
For order values exceeding SEK 499, we offer the shipping cost.
